摘要:幼兒園小班幼兒分離焦慮是幼兒與親人分離時而導致的一種焦慮不安情緒,也是幼兒上幼兒園初期常見的心理問題之一。小班幼兒入園時普遍會出現哭鬧等焦慮表現,以幼兒分離焦慮為研究對象,通過觀察與訪談等研究,發現幼兒分離焦慮的成因與以下五個方面相關:幼兒自身因素,家庭因素,教師因素,幼兒園因素和環境變化因素等。針對這些因素,可以采取以下策略消除幼兒分離焦慮:創建溫馨環境,培養幼兒獨立生活能力,開展有趣游戲等。

Infants’ Separation Anxiety in Small Class of Kindergarten : Causes and Measures
Abstract: The separation anxiety of kindergarten small classes is a kind of anxiety and anxiety caused by the separation of young children from their relatives. It is also one of the common psychological problems of young children when they enter kindergarten. Every September, school-age children leave their parents and families to go to school. At this time, they will experience a period of separation anxiety. If the anxiety level is serious, it will affect the healthy development of young children physically and mentally. In the past research process, researchers paid more attention to the causes of separation anxiety and mitigation strategies, but little research was done on the mitigation measures for children entering kindergartens. Therefore, on the basis of explaining the performance of separation anxiety of kindergarten children, this paper analyzed the causes of separation anxiety of kindergarten children by observation, literature search and interview, and put forward corresponding countermeasures, hoping to help young children overcome separation anxiety of kindergarten children as soon as possible and integrate into kindergarten better.
